Stay in cozy domes under a blanket of stars, explore the land through discovery hikes, and nourish your body and mind with yoga, self-care rituals, and horseback riding. This trip is about presence, perspective, and remembering who you are beneath the noise.
The down payment reserves your space for the retreat and will be applied toward your total retreat balance. Due to limited availability and advance planning, all payments for the trip are non-refundable and non-transferable. By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the retreat payment terms and policies.

DAY 1: ARRIVAL & GROUNDING
- Arrive into St. George, UT Airport
- Settle into domes and take in the vast desert landscape
- Welcome circle + intention setting
- Gentle sunset walk to connect with the land
- Evening relaxation, stargazing, and quiet reflection under the stars
DAY 2: DISCOVERY & MOVEMENT
- Morning yoga to energize and ground
- Guided discovery hike through Bryce Canyon's iconic formations
- Free time for journaling, rest, or solo exploration
- Horseback riding experience through scenic trails
- Evening group connection + sunset views
- Stargazing and cozy downtime in the domes
DAY 3: ADVENTURE & SELF-CARE
- Morning mindfulness or breathwork
- Free time for journaling, rest, or solo exploration. Upgrade Experience: Via Ferrata
- Afternoon self-care time (rest, reflection, light movement)
- Evening yoga or stretching session
- Night sky experience + campfire-style connection
DAY 4: INTEGRATION + DEPARTURE
- Morning gentle yoga or meditation
- Closing circle: reflection, integration, and takeaways
- Final moment in nature
- Departure with renewed clarity, connection and inspiration
TRIP INVESTMENT DISCLOSURE
Your trip investment includes all meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages; sleeping accommodations; excursions listed in the itinerary (excluding optional upgrade experiences); and airport pick-up and drop-off at designated times (please refer to travel details for specific arrival and departure windows).
Airfare is not included and is the responsibility of each participant. This is a toxic-free environment. To support the safety, clarity, and intention of the experience, alcohol and drugs—legal or illegal—are not permitted at any time during the retreat. A non-refundable holding deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.
